Funded by the London Development Agency (LDA), the London Innovation Placement Programme provides talented students, graduates and postgraduates to work on innovative projects in small to medium size businesses, charities and social enterprises across London.
 
Placement length is flexible, ranging from 4-12 week summer placements through to year out internship opportunities for recent graduates looking for work experience, or for students and postgraduates still in full time education and looking for a complementary year out.

Every student will be specially selected to meet your specific business requirements. And if your project could benefit from further academic support you can also apply for a grant of up to £2,500 for this as part of the placement scheme.
 
The cost of the placement is based on a student working 8 full weeks (280 hours) over the agreed project length, and is only £2,000 (plus VAT). We will give your student a training allowance so you don’t need to worry about any of the paperwork and will provide full support to ensure you get the most from your placement.

The cost of an internship is £1,500 (plus VAT) which covers the sourcing of the student and full student and business support throughout the course of your internship.  You will then need to pay your internship student a competitive salary of between circa £12,000 to £16,000 pro rata per annum.
