Stage One
Idea Generation
At this stage of the competition you don’t necessarily have to have a business idea - you may just have the interest and desire to learn how to devise and present a business idea.
Why not attend the series of Enterprise Factor workshops to learn how to formulate and develop a business idea.
Apply
Once you have developed your business idea, complete the Entry Form and 500 word Business Summary to enter the competition. Please send your business summary to info@knowledgedock.com.
Requirement: Submit Entry Form.
Stage Two
Formulate Business Plan & Present Business Idea
If you are selected as one of the ten finalist, you will invited to attend a series of seminars and receive mentoring from an industry professional. Using all the experience and learning to date, finalists will be required to submit a ten-page Business Plan (excluding appendices), which will be judged by our panel of industry experts.
Finalists will then be required to submit an electronic copy of their presentation and deliver a ten-minute presentation of their business idea to our panel of judges

Requirement: Submit ten-page Business Plan, submit electronic copy of presentation and deliver a ten minute presentation to the judging panel.
Grand Final
All ten finalists are required to deliver a five-minute pitch at the E-Factor Grand Final to the panel of industry professionals and invited guests. Finalists are also required to submit a one-page Investment Summary that will help invited guest decide which business idea that would like to vote for.
Requirement: Submit one-page Investment Proposal and Deliver a Five-Minute Elevator Pitch.
