Incubator Rates
Rates include:
- Carpeted offices with power and communication outlets
- Business rates, water rates, heating, lighting, electricity, cleaning of all accommodation as well as communal and external areas
- On-site parking (annual fee)
- Secure 24/7 access via swipe card entry as well as security including CCTV
- Free connection to the Internet - usage is invoiced monthly in advance by standing order
- Connection to a modern digital telecommunications system with call transfer, conference calling, voicemail and remote messaging - all telephone calls and additional lines are at an extra cost
- Contemporary office furnishings – furnished offices only.
