Innovation Placement Programme
Fancy giving your business a boost this Autumn?
If your business could benefit from an extra pair of hands, a new perspective, or a boost of fresh and innovative ideas – but you don’t have the time or finances for complicated hiring procedures – the Innovation Placement Programme is perfect for you. We match high-calibre, passionate and hard-working undergraduates and postgraduates to businesses just like yours for short-term, cost-effective and mutually rewarding placements.
How much will it cost?
Students are paid a weekly training allowance of £190, which is free of National Insurance and Income Tax contributions. So, the cost of a student working full-time on an eight-week project is just £1520 plus VAT.
A grant for £750 is available too, and because we invoice you directly, your student won’t appear on your payroll.
What projects can an undergraduate or postgraduate help me with?
Every individual will be hand-picked to deal with your business requirements, but here’s some food for thought:
• Prototype design
• Researching new markets
• Developing new software
• Conducting feasibility studies
• Implementing new work practices
• Creating new products
